That in the early days of spaceflight, there were women (including minorities) working to make sure that the United States was able to successfully launch humans into space and breaking barriers at the same time? Join NASA experts, director Ted Melfi and Octavia Spencer, who plays Dorothy Vaughn in the film Hidden Figures through NASA’s Digital Learning Network on December 1st, 2016 to discuss NASA’s hidden story, learn about how NASA’s story continues, and how history and filmmaking are an important part of our space program.
